Polyester viscose baled post production off-cut and roll slab take-off They produce A-Grade materials on rolls according to their customers’ specific requirements – these can be a range of blends from pure polyester, but also polyester viscose, polyester polyamide and polyester polypropylene. The majority of the materials they produce will be polyester or polyester viscose. The material weights start at 20gsm up to approx 120gsm, and most are white or off-white. There are a variety of uses for these specialist materials ranging from sterile surgical packaging, surgical gowns and sheets, also airbags, cleaning cloths, and interlinings for the textile/clothing industries. We can supply you with their production scrap material in bales. This is generally white mixed blends, and it is produced where they have cut off a complete roll when the tension settings on the roll are wrong. The majority of the baled material will be large sheets, their rolls are up to 2m wide, but there will also be some edge trim too. Full container loads will be approx 13 tonnes, however the baled scrap material is very well priced. We are also able to source the rolls, but of course these are more expensive.
