TPO WITH FOAM BACK VINYL.
TPO WITH FOAM BACK VINYL, SOME WITH PENGUIN CEMENT ADHESSIVE & A TPO VINYL TOP WITH FOAM BACK NO ADHESSIVE Let me first give you some info as to what is happening here at our plant. We are phasing in what is called VAC_WRAP. This is were an already molded PPC4TF1.3-NATURAL piece is then wrapped with a variety of TPO material WITH vinyl top. We currently have 2 presses installed and 3 more being set up. These 5 presses with their programs will be an extremely high volume. For example just 1 program will produce 650,000 pieces a year when fully vamped. Here is what is our scrap TPO will be. 1. Flash scrap (this is excessive material from were shape is punched out of TPO material.) Some will have a penguin cement adhesive on back. Some with not. (pics 7,8,9) 2. Punch out scrap (this will be after TPO is adhered to PPC material and mounting hole are punched out) (pic 10,11,12,13) 3. Quality reject scrap ( this will be parts that are not good. It will be a molding pieces of PPC with TPO adhered to it)(pics1,14) 4. Pre scrap- basic TPO off the roll (pics 2,3,4,5) What we are looking for is a supplied drop trailer & cost of movements in exchange for material. We currently do not have anything set to package the Flash scrap or Quality reject Scrap. will be able to bail most of material. We are putting Punch out scrap in empty barrels. Again, once all 5 presses are up and running at full production this will be a large amount of TPO scrap. Lastly, all 5 of these program will run for at least the next 4 years. Currently we are guessing about a 53ft trailer of all type of TPO scrap a month.
