Afterwards, the Group even started to provide financial consultation, technical support to yarn manufacturers as well as took the initiative to produce quality yarn product with prestigious manufacturers. Having gone through a number of mergers and acquisitions, the Maruyama Group, since then, has become a vertically integrated international textile enterprise. In 1998, the Asian Pacific and Greater China headquarter of the Maruyama Group was set up in Hong Kong.
